This is a massive compilation of Mutha and Mutha related bands from 1988. See tracklist at the end. You get tracks by The Worst, Sticks & Stones, Rednecks in Pain, Stetz, Parasites and so on. It can be mostly summed up as Scum-Punk, bluesy Postpunk, Rock and Metal, and I wouldn´t say it´s the best material that the label has released, but it´s definitely an OK compilation of lesser known bands and definitely before the label started to release ... errhh, Metal stuff.

By the way, no Volume II ...

Unfortunately CD only, but if I remember correctly, 1988 was very early for CD. Maybe I was late to the "CD-game", but I bought my first CD player around 1991, so yeah, that was the time back then. Vinyl turned to CD.

There is barely no information on this in the Internet, and I have never seen this before anywhere for sale, so I might me lucky to spend only 10 bucks for it.
