Mutha 009 - Send Help / You don´t fit 7"

MUTHA # 9 (1983): Send Help - You don´t fit 7"

I have not posted for a long while, but it´s time to bring forward this documentation a little bit and post some more rare Mutha records, the record label from the alternative music center of the world New Jersey.

Probably one of the best and obscure, but nonetheless well-received release of the Mutha label is this sweet 7". If you like Punkrock, this is for you. This one is to-the-point pure Punkrock with the right sarcastic and ironic attitude. In my opinion one of the best Mutha releases! I always have to smile while looking at the cover. These NJ Punks seemed to have a lot of fun while taking their "Sex with Sheep" serious, haha! What a great idea to put four hilarious fotos on a cover and write on them with a marker! You can´t say that they somehow tried to polish their image ... Punkrock ... I love it.
This time lyrics, but on the backside. No lyric sheet. The map is also worth a read and proove that they had some sarcastic humour .... Allegedly only 300 pressed and hard to find.

Review from Maximum Rock´n´Roll # 10, Dec. 1983 (thx to Kill from the Heart):
This is a real spiffy debut. "You Don't Fit" is a supercharged punk rock song with an irresistable chorus, "Suburbia" is a slow, sarcastic attack on middle-class superficiality, and "Sex With Sheep" is one of the year's best funnypunk efforts. Impressive all around.

From Collectorscum website:
Probably the most legendary Mutha record behind the Chronic Sick 12". Sex With Sheep is brilliantly stupid hardcore, like the greatest AOD song that AOD didn't think up first. This record just screams New Jersey, from the anti-suburbia I Love It to the annotated map of the state on the back of the sleeve.[JF]

Matrix / Runout (Side A): PRI-947-A
Matrix / Runout (Side B): PRI-947-B

The sleeve is not printed on the inside, as you can see from this photo (I placed the record on the sleeve).
